Over the last couple of years Country Side Eats has grown into a place where people love to come to eat.
Whether it’s for a special occasion, a Sunday lunch which is the highlight of the weekend, a family party or a themed buffet evening, the food makes it special. And for those who can’t get to the restaurant or simply want something special without going out, chef catered meals can be delivered.
Business lunches and meetings can be enhanced with good food, presented well. One thing which everyone present can agree on!
Where the restaurant is now, was Chef Gee’s family home.
In fact she was born in that kitchen.
And she’s still in the kitchen.
But, since the time when she collected water from the river, picked fruit around the area, found the eggs from the hens around the property and ate fish caught by her father, much has changed.
The kitchen is modern.
But the value placed on high quality food, locally sourced ingredients and the traditional core Lucian cuisine is still of absolute importance. Now however it is enhanced by Chef Gee’s wide experience of international cuisine from her time working in the British Virgin Islands and The Turks and Cacios. Fine food.
